- Is there really a 14-day free trial with no credit card?
- Yes, genuinely. Every plan — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise — includes a 14-day free trial. You don't need to enter a credit card to start. Your agent goes live, handles real conversations, and you only pay if you decide to continue.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- What exactly counts as a conversation?
- A conversation is a single continuous exchange between a customer and your Kylix agent — from the first message through to resolution or close. It doesn't matter how many messages are exchanged within that conversation; it counts as one.
- What happens if I go over my monthly conversation limit?
- We'll notify you by email when you reach 80% of your limit and again at 100%. Your agent never stops mid-conversation. If you exceed your limit, you'll have the option to upgrade or purchase a top-up conversation pack for that month.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, we don't offer prorated refunds for unused time, but you can cancel anytime.
- Is the annual plan really 2 months free?
- Yes. When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12. The full annual amount is billed upfront in a single payment. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your account settings.
