- Yes. Kylix connects directly to your Shopify store to pull live order data, fulfillment status, and product inventory. When a customer asks about their order, your agent responds with real-time information — no human lookup required.
- Can Kylix handle compliance-sensitive topics in regulated industries?
- Yes, and this is one of the areas where Kylix is purpose-built differently from generic chatbots. For wellness, supplements, beauty, and healthcare brands, Kylix is pre-configured to avoid unauthorized health claims, flag legally sensitive questions for human review, and stay within safe messaging boundaries by default.
- What happens when a customer asks something the agent doesn't know?
- Kylix is designed to handle uncertainty gracefully. When a question falls outside its knowledge base, it tells the customer clearly and offers to escalate to a human agent or capture their details for follow-up. You can also set custom escalation rules on Growth and Enterprise plans.
- Is there a limit on conversations?
- Starter plans include up to 1,000 conversations per month. Growth plans include up to 5,000. Enterprise plans are unlimited. If you exceed your plan's limit mid-month, we'll notify you and offer a seamless upgrade — your agent will never go dark mid-conversation.
- How does Kylix learn about my brand?
- You provide a brand document — a PDF, Word file, or URL to your website. This can include your product catalogue, FAQs, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and any other content that defines your brand. Kylix ingests this and builds a structured understanding that powers every response. You can update this document at any time.
- Is my customer data secure?
- Yes. Kylix encrypts all data in transit and at rest. We do not sell, share, or use your customer conversation data for any purpose outside of operating your specific agent. Message logs are automatically purged after 90 days. We are fully compliant with GDPR and Meta's Platform Policies.
